Calmist is a wellness and recovery clinic in South Yarra, offering therapeutic massage and recovery treatments in a calm, professional setting.
We focus on quality care, skilled hands, and thoughtful treatments, from therapeutic massage to sauna and ice bath therapy. Each session is designed to support recovery, relieve tension, and restore balance to the body.

Therapeutic Relaxation Massage
A balanced blend of Swedish and Thai techniques designed to improve circulation, release muscle tension, and support nervous system balance. Ideal for stress relief and overall wellbeing.
Deep Tissue Massage
A focused treatment using slow, firm pressure to address chronic muscle tightness, scar tissue, and restricted movement. Recommended for ongoing tension and postural strain.
Therapeutic Traditional Thai Massage
A dry therapeutic treatment combining assisted stretching, trigger point therapy, and joint mobilisation to enhance flexibility and restore mobility.
Foot Massage & Reflexology
A targeted foot treatment using reflexology techniques to stimulate pressure points, improve circulation, and promote full-body relaxation.
Remedial Massage
A clinically focused treatment addressing musculoskeletal pain, dysfunction, and injury recovery. Cupping therapy included. Health fund claims available for eligible treatments.
Sports Massage
A targeted treatment supporting athletic performance, muscle recovery, and injury prevention. Ideal before or after physical activity.
Pregnancy Massage
A safe and gentle treatment tailored to support the physical changes of pregnancy, easing muscular discomfort and promoting maternal wellbeing.
Couple Massage
A relaxing massage experience for two, enjoyed together in a private room designed for shared comfort and connection.
