Foot Massage & Reflexology
A targeted foot treatment using reflexology techniques to stimulate pressure points, improve circulation, and promote full-body relaxation.
Remedial Massage
A clinically focused treatment addressing musculoskeletal pain, dysfunction, and injury recovery. Cupping therapy included. Health fund claims available for eligible treatments.
Sports Massage
A targeted treatment supporting athletic performance, muscle recovery, and injury prevention. Ideal before or after physical activity.
Pregnancy Massage
